Fresh seasonal flowers are often the best choice when quality, longevity and natural beauty are the priority.
At Susan Avery, our bouquets and arrangements are designed around flowers that are performing well at the time of year. Rather than working from a fixed recipe, we select flowers for their condition, their colour balance and their suitability for the bouquet or arrangement.
One of the questions we are asked most frequently is whether seasonal flowers are better value than imported flowers.
In many cases they are.
Flowers that are naturally in season tend to have stronger stems, better vase life, and a fresher appearance because they spend less time in transit.
