For years, Susan Avery Flowers and Events has been part of daily life in Woollahra and Paddington – the local florist people simply call "Susan Avery's," the way you'd mention a favourite café or the corner bakery. We've grown alongside this community, and that's exactly how we like it.

Flowers mark the moments that matter, and over time we've been trusted with more of those moments than we can count. We've sent bouquets to celebrate good news, filled homes and venues with blooms for weddings, created tributes to honour a life well lived, and helped families say "thank you, I love you, I'm thinking of you" in the most personal way there is. Being a fixture in the Eastern Suburbs isn't something we take lightly — it's a relationship we work to earn every single day.

Over 40 years, we have delivered more than 300,000 arrangements and designed flowers for over 4,500 weddings. Our work has been commissioned for major events including the Sydney Olympics, the Sydney Film Festival and international productions such as Moulin Rouge, Australia and Star Wars.

Each arrangement is created in our Woollahra studio using fresh, seasonal flowers, selected for quality, longevity and aesthetic balance. From simple bouquets to large-scale installations, our focus remains the same: thoughtful composition, attention to detail and a refined, contemporary finish.
